(1) The flow of pulp: It can be measured by pulp flow meter. Calculate the weight flow of the pulp by pulp unit weight and volume flow which is used to control the floatation drug additive amount and calculate the quality balance sheet of ore grinding system. The volume flow is measured by magnetism flow meter.

(2)PH value: It is measured by standard electrode. The PH value of pulp has effect on the colloid solid formed by metal hydroxide. The number of the colloid solid has influence on the pulp density and grading task of ball mill machine.

(3)Water allowance: It has effect on the pulp density and ore grinding efficiency of ball mill machine.

(4) Pulp density: It is measured by density meter.

(5) Particle size of ore grinding products: measured by particle size sensor.

(6) Power: related to the rotational speed of used ball mill machine, pulp density, grinding medium filling rate, and lining plate. The change in load can be reflected from power signal or axial load signal.

(7) Sound: The sound intensity is related to the medium motion state and ratio of grinding mediato material. It shows the load of the ball mills machine. Leach the unrelated sound frequency.

(8) New feeding volume: Equip the feeding belt with sensor (electronic scale or nuclear scale), pass on and write down the load capacity to control the ball mill machine and the water volume added.

(9) The hydrocyclone slurry pump pond liquid level: It shows the volume of the closed circuit grinding cyclic load and can be used to control the pulp flow. The level can be measured by ultrasonic wave, atomic absorption, differential pressure, immersed pulp and tube pressure.
