External hard drives are the here to stay

Even with the larger memory storage of modern computers, many still find themselves in need of more space, this is where desktop external hard drives come into play. A desktop external hard drive is a safe and easy way to save all of your important information (i.e., pictures, music, private documents) without keeping it all on your desktop computer. Newer ones are even outfitted with USB 3.0, increasing transfer speeds dramatically over the older USB 2.0 Also many computers Now come with an E-sata ports and that same for external drives with transfer speed over 600 megabytes per second!
