Fabulously Fit in 60 Days! Momentum Fitness' First Transformation Contest

(Free-Press-Release.com) April 15, 2011 -- Fabulously Fit in 60 Days! Momentum Fitness' First Transformation Contest!

Vancouver – For some people, their only fitness motivator is having Jillian Michaels pop out of their TV screen to give them 20 push-ups! This year, Momentum Fitness has the contest they’ve been waiting for! Momentum Fitness will be featuring their first ever transformation contest to be held in the Better than Bootcamp classes!

The community’s health is important to us but we know that a little competition is a great motivator! In addition to the Bootcamp classes, Momentum will also be hosting specialty nutrition classes to help all transformation contest contestants shed pounds and be a winner!
Just as you have seen on TV, the contestants will attend an initial weigh-in and learn what they will need to know about their bodies to get started on their journey with their health in mind. There will be a 2-hour workshop on the first day of the contest that will include a weigh-in, girth measurements, goal-setting, and a form workshop.

The first session will actually be held at Swimco in Kitsilano on May 1st, 2011. Swimco will be throwing all the contestants a fitting party so that our contestants can develop a goal size and weight! The contestants will choose a target swimsuit that they will strive to fit into by the end of the 60 day challenge.
At the end of the contest, they will return for another fitting party and Swimco will award the winner of the contest the swimsuit of his/her choice!
Contestants will be chosen after people have submitted reasons why they think they would be great candidates for the contest. Only 10 contestants will be chosen to attend the Better than Bootcamp classes and the extra nutrition sessions. Three of the lucky contestants will win their spots in the contest!

As a leading personal training facility in the heart of Kitsilano, Vancouver, this transformation contest will really put Momentum Fitness on the map. It will target locals who are determined to be beach-ready for the summer!
