1. To participate post a Facebook entry on the Reno Fun Train page as instructed on January 14, 2011 - January 16, 2011. (Up to 10) Finalists will be contacted via Facebook and instructed to REPOST their original entry on Monday, January 17, 2011 by 11:30 AM. If you have not been contacted by Key Holidays by Monday morning, your entry was not selected as a finalist. "Like" voting will begin at 12 noon, January 17, 2011 and end at 12 noon on January 19, 2011. The post with the greatest number of "Like" to their (re)post will win the Reno Fun Train Prize package. If there is a tie in the number of "Likes", Key Holidays will choose a winner in a blind drawing conducted at Key Holidays, Walnut Creek, CA.

2. Deadline for posting first Facebook entries is Sunday, January 16, 2010 at 12 noon. The 2nd phase of the contest will be conducted Monday, January 17 through Wednesday, January 19, 2011.

3. The grand prize is for 2 people, double occupancy aboard the MURDER MYSTERY & WINE SAMPLING RENO FUN TRAIN February 25 - 27, 2011 (a) Roundtrip Reno Fun Train from Emeryville/Martinez, Suisun or Sacramento Amtrak Station to Reno, NV. Passengers must be over 21 years of age. (b) Meals & entertainment about the Fun Train as included in the full package (c) One room, double occupancy - Two nights at Circus-Circus Hotel, Reno, NV (e) Hotel Taxes Package does not include Hotel Resort Fee ($4.53 per night , per room), additional meals, cost of additional adults or incidental expenses. Travel arrangements must be made in cooperation with Key Holidays. Upon prize verification the winner must contact Key Holidays at (800) 783-0783 at least 2 weeks prior to anticipated departure and receive tickets by mail. Reservations must be finalized by January 28, 2011.

5. You must be 21 years of age or older to win. No purchase necessary. If already booked for 2/25/11 Reno Fun Train and you choose to accept this prize your original payment will be refunded to you.

6. The contest is open to everyone over 21 year of age with the exception of employees of the Key Holidays, its families, agents and representatives.

7. All taxes relative to the prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner. It is at the expense and responsibility of the winning party to get to the offered Amtrak station, as selected, on the the departure day and time(s). No prize substitutions. No cash equivalents. If trip cannot be used by date specified, then trip will be forfeited. Prize package may be transferred to another party or organization by the winner. This transfer must be approved by Key Holidays.

8. By participating, all entrants, guests or prize holders acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that neither Key Holidays, its agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have any liability with respect to any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
