After 20 years of research into success and failure urban philosopher and self-published author Perry Jones thinks he's identified the secrets that separate success from failure.

"Success is not a result of what you do, it is a result of what you think," says Mr. Jones. "When two people from identical backgrounds, identical education, the same intelligence, alike in very way set off to succeed and one succeeds while the other does not, some hidden factor must be at work which determines the success or failure of any individual beyond that of education, training or skill."

Mr. Jones believes he has identified these unique characteristics of success and believes they lie in the subconscious. Although Perry acknowledges that change at the subconscious level is challenging, with help, good mentors and high motivation, it can be done.
