" My offices located a story over the internet on Mr Nader, how he had the same issues from US Airways to get a full credit refund from Doug Parker, CEO of this questionable airline. I read that Ralph Nader made several attempts in contacting US Airways Customer Relations, no dice, Corporate Relations, no dice, even trying to call and contact Doug Parker 49, the CEO of US Airways again no dice, thusly Nader had to sue the airline to get his online ticket purchase refunded, plus they even gave him back his cancellation fees on top of the ticket refunds, over $1,387.00. Our online ticket purchase of $500.30, was made in the same fashion, yet as being "non famous" we are denied our warranted full credit refund like Nader received his refund, plus all cancellation fees of $150.00 each,.Since this has happened to myself, personally, having attempted making all contacts to Doug Parker, 49 the CEO of US Airways, with again no dice, I too am filing a lawsuit upon Doug Parker, CEO, Sandra Reese, Edie Curt and Ann R of their Customer Relations Dept for their failure to honor after all online requirements for a full credit refund have been met, under their so called terms and conditions, this non famous persons refund. I am filing, so other non famous passengers of US Airways that have also been denied, may get all of their refund back, plus cancellation fees, just like Ralph Nader received from US Airways, I am in consulting with a National Airline Class Action Law Firm presently, to begin a class action"...
