Fancy That kicks off new Event Series called “Tea at Two”

Walpole, Massachusetts. Fancy That, selling tea and whatnot and offering vintage rentals of English china and glassware, is pleased to announce a new Event Series to be held at Fancy That’s Tea Boutique in Walpole, Massachusetts.

Sarah Erlandson, proprietress of Fancy That’s Tea Boutique is a specialty retailer. The Shoppe was born out of Erlandson’s love for all things tea. Her company, Fancy That, rents English bone china for weddings, bridal showers, tea parties, etcetera. “Now in our ninth year of renting vintage china, the natural progression was to open a storefront selling items that have a tea theme, including Tregothnan Tea from England and a special blend of tea called Courtship Tea. We are excited to be launching an event series centered around Afternoon Tea, which we are calling ‘Tea at Two’ Erlandson says. The series will will include catered Afternoon Tea by Baker’s Best of Needham served up about every six to eight weeks by reservation only. “We knew our Shoppe wouldn’t be complete without the addition Afternoon Tea. Adding the event series called Tea at Two was the best way of complimenting what we already have to offer tea lovers, ” Erlandson points out.

“We’ve got a great line-up of speakers from published authors, to professional story tellers and tea experts. What a nice way to spend a Thursday afternoon. Our seating will be limited to an intimate group of 15. We are already booking up as people come in and scoop yup tickets for the entire year’s schedule.”

Fancy That kicks off “Tea at Two” Event Series on April 19th 2012 with local author Katrina Avila Munichiello reading from her new book “A Tea Reader: Living Life One Cup at a Time” by Tuttle Publishing.
