TT’s Attic, a fashion and accessory boutique, is taking the polar bear plunge. The Salt Lake City based boutique sells women and juniors apparel, jewelry, handbags, shoes and accessories.
Founder and public relations director, Blair Nastasi, is participating in “The Big Chill” event on January 21st in Baldwinsville, NY. She will be accompanied by a few of the boutique’s interns and loyal customers. The money from the event will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Ronald McDonald House of CNY. Nastasi told us, “I wanted to do something to catch people’s attention. If I can motivate at least one person to join my team or support the cause, it will be worth my time (and the icy cold river)!”
TT’s Attic is well known for its community involvement and philanthropic nature. The boutique pledges 20% of its revenue each month to a different charity. TT’s Attic was founded in memory of the boutique founder’s best friend, Talese Turner, who passed away in 2010. Nastasi’s mission was to keep her friend’s legacy of generosity and hope alive by combining fashion and philanthropy. You can find out more about TT’s Attic, the causes it supports and make purchases online through it’s Facebook store; www.facebook.com/TTsAttic .
