Spinach

Research shows that the greener the leaves of a vegetable are, the more vitamins and minerals it contains. This may be one of the reasons, which put spinach on top of the lists amongst vegetables when it comes to nutrients. Spinach is a great detoxifying agent and is known to fight cancer, too.
