Fat Loss Supplements are Easily Explained in ‘The Book of Supplement Secrets’

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) January 4, 2010 --The new year is upon us and New Years’ resolutions are once again on everyone’s mind. This year, if fat loss is your primary concern, an insightful new book called ‘The Book of Supplement Secrets: A Beginners Guide to Nutritional Supplements’ can give you the edge you need to stick to your fat loss plan, and even help to maximize your plans’ effectiveness.
Written by a former competitive bodybuilder and supplement expert, ‘The Book of Supplement Secrets’ explains many of the most popular fat loss supplements out there in a simple, easy to understand way.
“Choosing which supplements will benefit your fat loss goals the most is a confusing ordeal for many individuals. With so many products out there that claim to be the ‘miracle fat loss pill’ it’s no wonder consumers are so confused and frustrated,” says the books author, Tim Mielke.
“‘The Book of Supplement Secrets’ was written to educate consumers on how to read the supplement ingredient labels. This way, they can determine for themselves whether or not a fat loss product contains enough of the effective ingredients to make fat loss happen.”
“It doesn’t matter whose name is on the label of a product, if sufficient amounts of certain fat loss ingredients are not present, the product most likely will not be of benefit to the consumer,” says Mr. Mielke.
“There are plenty of fat loss supplements out there that work. The key is to know what you’re looking for, and that’s where most people fail. They simply don’t know what they’re looking for,” says Tim Mielke. “For the most part, consumers see a commercial or read an ad that tells about how great this new product is, so they buy it and that’s that. They really have no idea if the effective ingredients are in there or not.”
Mr. Mielke has worked for three major supplement companies and has also written dozens of articles on nutritional supplements. In his hometown of Cincinnati, he does personal training and also conducts local seminars on nutrition basics, supplements and other areas of the health and fitness industry. He is currently working on a follow up to ‘The Book of Supplement Secrets.’
‘The Book of Supplement Secrets’ is available at www.amazon.com and www.bn.com.
