Father of Three to Help Drug Addicts

(Free-Press-Release.com) January 17, 2012 -- A fully recovered cocaine addict now living a happy drug-free life as a loving husband and father of three small children, Kenny says that his experience with cocaine addiction that wrecked his life - and his success in overcoming it - mean that he has a lot to offer in terms of helping fellow Scots to escape from the same hell.

Speaking of his experience, Mr Henderson said: “Some years ago I got myself into the world of drugs and became an addict. My poison was cocaine and it took over my life and destroyed it. I lost everything as my life spun out of control. I was in a mess. I couldn't work, play my beloved football or be a father to my wonderful son. Perhaps the worst things about that time were the pain and embarrassment I brought upon my family and the fact that I neglected my son.”

His experience enables Kenny to fully understand what an addict and his family are going through and how hard it can be to kick the habit – unless one knows the right way to go about it.

He points to the increasing controversy surrounding the tremendously expensive failure and poor results of so many rehabilitation programmes, especially those that are drug-based, and compares this with the results he achieved with the drug-free, non-profit programme he undertook.

The fact that he has succeeded in finding a relatively painless way out of drug addiction means that he can now help others to find the same route to freedom from drugs.

“Having been helped myself, I now want to provide for others the help that I was given.” He said. “I will talk to anyone who genuinely wants to turn their life around or to help someone else.
