Fathers for Justice hit Cameron's constituency

(Free-Press-Release.com) April 12, 2010 -- Spider Man, Bat Man, Super man and just every super hero imaginable piled off a double decker bus in Witney, West Oxfgordshire on Saturday 10th April. The now infamous Fathers 4 Justice were in town and Witney waited for the stunts that have made the campaign so notorious. To be fair although the stunts are high profile, they are always done with good humour - just as it was on Saturday as Witney folk did a double take as a bus load of burley men and their supporters swept in to town wearing super hero costume.

On October 31, 2003, David Chick, dressed as Spider-Man, climbed a crane near Tower Bridge in London to add his voice to the Fathers 4 Justice campaign for fathers' rights. He ended up staying at the top of the 100 feet crane for six days. The stunt resulted in unprecedented press coverage for the group and its campaign.
The police cleared the area and the disruption to the city's traffic was enormous, resulting in the suspension of the London congestion charge for a while. Chick finally climbed down from the crane of his own accord.

The Fathers 4 Justice House of Commons protest, also dubbed The Fun Powder Plot, is an incident that took place on May 19, 2004. Two members of Fathers 4 Justice, Guy Harrison and Ron Davis, threw two condoms filled with purple-dyed flour into the chamber of the House of Commons, one of which hit Prime Minister Tony Blair.

Saturday though, Henry Bellingham, Conservative MP from Norfolk and Shadow Cabinet Member joined them. Global radio 1.com Presenter Richard J Hannah joined the onlookers and will be playing out Bellingham's speech in his show 3pm on www.globalradio1.com. He has issued an invitation for a spokesman from fathers 4 Justice to come on the show to be interviewed.
