1. “assist” Leland Yoshitsu (with pleasure),
2. “help” Leland Yoshitsu “with a Federal agency”, or

3. resolve “the issue” that the US Federal Government

SECRETLY and INTENTIONALLY VIOLATED Leland Yoshitsu’s US Constitutional Rights (for 29 years) by (SECRETLY and INTENTIONALLY) DEPRIVING and DENYING Leland Yoshitsu, a US Citizen, “the equal protection of the laws” (Evidence/Proof: pages 1, 13, 14, 15, 17-25, 26-34, 35 & 36) with CRIMINAL and MALICIOUS INTENT to SECRETLY INFLICT “cruel and unusual punishments” (Evidence/Proof: pages 11, 13, 14, 15, 17-25, 26-34, 35 & 36) on Leland Yoshitsu (and his Family) for “petition(ing) the Government for a redress of grievances” (Evidence/Proof: pages 14, 15, 17-25 & 26-34)?
