New Jersey Federal Judge Honorable Anne Thompson denied defendants Parson Transportation Group, ARUP and Tishman Consutruction's motion to dissmiss the law suit alleging hate crime and civil right violation. The lawsuit alleging hate crime and civil right violation was filed by an ex-employee of CM Consortium. The CM consortium was a joint venture of Tishman, ARUP and Parsons for the ARC tunnel project.
Parson and Tishman are represented by the Morristown, NJ based law firm Jackson Lewis. The plaintiffs are prose and seeking attorney and alleging that the Governor Walker's cabinet secretary and other Government officials are not letting this immigrant family hire an attorney by illegal wire tapping and web-tracing.
