FedEx Express Improves Transit Time from Asia Pacific to Italy
Asia Pacific Customers Now Enjoy Faster Shipments to Italy by One Business Day

FedEx Express (FedEx), a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and the world’s largest express transportation company, today announced a one-business day shorter transit time for non-document shipments from Asia Pacific to Italy , effective October 24.
FedEx customers in Asia Pacific including Australia, Hong Kong , Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam can now benefit from faster deliveries for packages to Italy using any FedEx service, at the same shipping rates.
“Europe continues to be a key export market for many businesses in Asia Pacific. This latest service enhancement reaffirms FedEx commitment to providing these businesses with faster and more reliable access to this important market,” said David L. Cunningham, Jr., president, FedEx Express, Asia Pacific.
FedEx is committed to facilitating the important trade lane between Asia Pacific and Europe and has introduced various service enhancements including the addition of a direct 777 service from Hong Kong to Paris and the expansion of its International Economy services from Asia to Europe with eleven additional destinations, bringing the total destinations served to 36.
