FGI releases new ITIL® Intermediate Fast-Track Training Courses
In order to maximise the use of delegates' valuable time, FGI has combined four ITIL Intermediate modules into two intensive Fast Track courses.

They are designed to give candidates a deep level of understanding of the management and control of Service Strategy & Service Design and Service Transition & Service Operation and the interfaces between them and the other stages of the Service Lifecycle.
The major benefit to delegates is that they “…are an excellent way for time-poor Service Managers to gain two industry-recognised qualifications whilst minimising their time out of the office and maximising the benefits of the learning experience.” (Ruth Phillips, Head of Training at FGI)
These courses are intended to enable delegates with a Foundation-level knowledge of IT Service Management to apply good practice in processes pertaining to the lifecycle phases; and can be taken as stand-alone qualifications or with a view to amassing sufficient credits to gain the ITIL Service Management Expert qualification.
