The International Festival Offers:
• Tastes from around the globe. Chef Paul Mattison and guest chefs serve eight different complimentary tastes from around the world including – France, Italy, India, Poland, Thailand, Spain, Japan and the Middle East.

• Specialty drinks from Michael’s on East to coordinate with each of the International food tasting categories.

• Fifteen-minute meal preparation with guest chefs, Nicola Giacomo (Italy) and Jamie Jones (Canada).

• Over 100 professional and amateur dancers from around the world compete for a cash prize on the main stage. Presented by the Revelle Academy and Fred Astaire.

• Arts and Crafts from across the globe, by major artists including Ringling School of Art Alumnus.

• Learn about traditional arts and crafts from the live demonstration booth.

• Face-painting, rock-climbing, games and other fun activities in the “Kid’s Corner.”
