We know what it is like to be just days before a class starts and a faculty member suddenly is unavailable; or you are a week away from a class start and you see a spike in enrollment but you have no faculty to cover the added sections. The reasons you suddenly find yourself in need of additional faculty can be numerous. We offer a convenient solution based on 15 years of combined experience in both higher education adjunct teaching and higher education administration and compliance.

What we do:
• We source, pre-screen and interview a qualified pool of candidates in the areas of general education, various business curriculums, and others. We also have credentialed and professional career services and instructional design resources on staff. As a bonus, when we interview, we interview based on our own 15+ years as both an adjunct faculty member in higher education and as a program administrator.

• We collect résumés, official transcripts and other paperwork, including I-9 forms, applications, and a history of professional and educational experience. The information we collect is comprehensive and should allow us to produce any reports you would need for your accreditation and regulatory agencies.
• We conduct background checks that include SSN verification; national sex offender registry; national criminal database search; federal criminal search; FBI, DEA, AFT, Interpol “Most Wanted” lists; OFAC terrorist database search; and county and state criminal records (felony and misdemeanor). Additional background searches can be conducted for a nominal fee.
• All faculty participate in at least four (4) units of annual faculty development, including a required sexual harassment (1 unit) and teaching methodologies (1 unit) courses upon hire.

• Adjunct Solutions handles all taxes and payroll issues. We are the employer.
• You simply determine your needs, give us a call, we’ll send you up to three pre-qualified faculty interview summaries, along with a short video or audio clip of them teaching a topic. You can conduct further interviews and depending on what you decide, work with us to confirm the starting date.
