First Time Home Owners Get Additional Stimulas From Lenders

(Free-Press-Release.com) September 10, 2009 -- Rik Snyder just got additional approval for several programs which will allow first time home owners to qualify to become owners. Rik has been approved for over 4 years with the City of Costa Mesa Redevelopment Program, now he is able to use place new home buyers in other cities as well.

This is in addition to new Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD programs which are allowing new homeowners to take part in the same market that cash buyers have enjoyed with property values being back to the 2003 values.

Rik is waving all normal broker finance fees when he or his staff serves as buyers agent, thus he gets paid from the purchase of the home.

"The Hope for Home Owners Program has not funded as many new homes as Obama originally wanted" Rik told a recent group of 47 home seekers. "The reasons are that 1) home owners and buyers only knew the sales propaganda the news media was telling them and most thought they could get something that was not available and 2) most lenders did not know the guidelines and by the time the brokers sent in documents they thought was needed, the clients got denied because when the guidelines were clarified they found out the received paperwork was outside the parameters. Thing have changed, they (the lenders) know what they are wanting. And We know what they want and what they are thinking."

Snyder went on to distribute a new homeowners handbook as well as free access to Southern California's MLS (Multi List Service) so that prospective buyers could enjoy searching for their dream home in the privacy of their own homes and offices.

Snyder has run 2 large mortgage companies and now enjoys the small home town personal feel and low overhead that he and his experienced professionals give each client.

And in this market it is very important that each person gets the one on one time they deserve in the searching and finding of their new home, as well and making sure they not only initially qualify, but that they will be able to keep making their payments and enjoying ."

This past year Rik also developed software that not only home owners, but attorneys and banks are using in the underwriting of the many loan modifications request which has been made in the past year.
