Fit Body Boot Camp Commits to ‘Burn the Fat and Fight the Autism’

Pennington, NJ Chris Amaro of ‘Fit Body Boot Camp, Pennington’, announces the April 22nd, 2010 ‘Burn the Fat Fight the Autism’ two hour Boot Camp aimed to raise money for Eden Autism Services and help improve the lives of children, adults, and families with autism.

“The current level of growth in cases of autism is 10-17%, annually. This considerably increases the need for donations and funding for non-profit organizations, like Eden, in order persist with its mission. By encouraging people to attend for a (one day) two hour Boot Camp workout where 100% of the $20 fee will go to the Eden Autism Services to help fight autism – this is fitness with a humanitarian purpose,” says Chris Amaro, certified fitness coach, mental skills specialist and operator of Fit Body Boot Camp, Pennington.

The two-hour Boot Camp will take place from 7:30pm-9:30pm at #55 Route 31 South. Building C Pennington, NJ 08534. Participants are welcome to workout at their own pace for as little as fifteen minutes or, for those up to the challenge, for the entire two hours. The activities include fun exercises in a group atmosphere designed to burn fat and tone the entire body.

Every participant will walk way from this workout with a sense of accomplishment to know that they helped a worthwhile cause. In addition, participants will also receive a free report with 13 fat burning secrets, and a $100 fitness boot camp gift card.

The “Burn the Fat, Fight the Autism” Boot Camp starts Thursday 7:30pm, April 22nd from 7:30pm-9:30pm for a $20 donation. The workout will take place at Motion Gymnastics. Chris Amaro requests donations be paid by check, and be made out to Eden Autism Services for collection.

“This is a great way to get away from the ‘meat locker’ gym setting and at the same time help out an organization that does so much for NJ kids with developmental disabilities,” explains Chris Amaro. “To have an energizing workout and help adults, families, and especially kids… is a total win-win situation.”
