-Cupping: vacuum cups to skin, releases trapped energy and brings blood and nutrients to the muscle therefore nourishing and speeding your recovery.

-Gua sha: deep type of myofascial therapy (frictions to the surface of the skin) to release trapped energy.

-Moxibustion (heat therapy): heat treatment to muscles by burning the herb mugwort or charcoal to penetrate deeply and relax tense muscle fibres correcting the energy flow.

Traditional Chinese Medicine:

Undergoing a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which includes studying Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal medicine and Chinese massage (Tui Na).
