6. Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) is about OFFSITES, steam plant, weigh bridges, water treatment, etc., that are located outside the main plant.

7. It is imperative that ALL requisites are addressed for the real costs to be known and planned for in advance.

8. A Technical Plant Design Dossier (PDD) serves this need.

No two process plants are ever alike. A location and market specific evaluation is called for if economic viability is to be assured.
