While many people think that you need to have "perfect" credit to buy a home, this isn't the case if you are using alternate financing. We are part of a national program of licensed professionals who specialize in assisting people to buy their home on a "Rent-To-Own" or "Delayed closing" basis. This is sometimes referred to a "lease purchase" where you will lease the home for a short time as your lender helps to fix any issues on the home buyers credit. Those credit issues will need remedied before the lender can close a loan in the home buyers own name.
