Former Interior Designer Joins Chicago Real Estate Company Dream Town

She joined the firm in early February as a consultant for residential home buyer and seller services. Ms. Serafini is also an established home staging professional and interior decorator.

Prior to acquiring her realtor license, Ms. Serafini worked for more than 12 years in the interiors industry. She was responsible for marketing internationally-recognized interior design shows and later owned a home décor and staging business of her own. Ms. Serafini believes her background in design and residential architecture was a solid foundation on which to build a real estate career. She also translated years of marketing experience into expert property selling tactics.

"Clients want someone who can take care of all of the details, inside and out," said Ms. Serafini. "I can negotiate a deal and market a listing, but I can also help clients visualize a property's hidden potential or prepare a home for resale."

Ms. Serafini is one of four agents welcomed to Dream Town this month. The other new members are Jessie Keener, BJ Tregoning and Richard Mell – all part of the brokerage's team of residential specialists.
