Former NFL Star Levar Fisher Partners with Kids Are Heros

Orleans Saints, Levar Fisher, this week announced plans for a
year-long campaign to help youth build self confidence and reclaim the
power with which all humans are born.

Partnering with the nationally recognized Kids Are Heroes*
organization, the Believe Again 2010 Tour is aimed at bringing Fisher
to sports camps, national leadership conferences, schools, and major
youth events to deliver his amazing story of "successful mistakes."

Through special arrangement with Fisher's foundation, non-profit
organizations with a youth focus can make application to be considered
eligible for a special event rate.

An awarded college athlete, Fisher made 1st team All-ACC selection in
1999 as a member of NC State's Wolfpack. He claimed the same honor
again in 2000 and 2001, as well as ACC's Defensive Player of the Year.
He was a Butkus Semi Finalist for Best Linebacker in the Country 2000
and 2001, and a 2000 Nagurski Finalist (Best Defensive Player in the
Country). This total athlete also picked up Academic All American
honors in 2000. Drafted in 2002 by the Arizona Cardinals, Fisher

completed his NFL career with the New Orleans Saints when an injury
brought him off the field and into professional speaking. Fisher spent
the last two years as a premier speaker for Sports World, an
organization that brings hope to youth through organized school events
that feature professional sports presenters.
