Fox Lake Suzuki Dealer, Ray Suzuki, collects donations to aid Operation Support Our Troops

(Free-Press-Release.com) October 29, 2009 -- October 26, 2009- Chicago, IL/ Ray Suzuki Fox Lake is combining efforts with Operation Support Our Troops- Illinois (OSOTIL) to collect donations for overseas delivery during the upcoming holiday season. The dealership, located on Route 12 in Lake County, adds this gesture to their list of philanthropic events.

Ray Suzuki, a Fox Lake Dealership, will be welcoming donated items for troops overseas to be placed in their OSOTIL drop-box through November 9, 2009. Any donations are welcome while batteries, individually packaged snacks, mouthwash, canned food, CDs and puzzle books top the list of most needed items, among others.
Operation Support Our Troops, founded in 2003 by a mother of a West Point cadet, is one of the country’s largest volunteer-based military support efforts. OSOT, furnished solely by donations, has financially supported the programs of other military service organizations and contributed over $125,000 to Hines VA Hospital.

Ray Suzuki has been a dependable dealer serving southern Wisconsin, and Illinois’ McHenry and Lake Counties for over 40 years. Fox Lake Suzuki is home to a large selection of new and pre-owned vehicles. In addition, they house a Quick Lube and full detail department.
