FQ Magazine Get Down to Business!

(Free-Press-Release.com) March 29, 2010 -- Leading parenting magazine, FQ Magazine have backed a succession of government campaigns since their launch in to the new market for men’s magazine; including the ‘Start 4Life’ campaign to promote healthy eating. The magazines’ current project teams up with the governments Department for Business to promote a brand new campaign which informs fathers and fathers-to- be of their legal paternity rights.

Many fathers aren’t aware of the allocated time off allowed for specific paternity leave; including up to thirteen weeks parental leave from employers until your child is five years old. The government campaign titled ‘Dads at Work’ is determined to ensure that every father is fully of aware of the legal leave entitlement when it comes to their child; and the fathering magazine are more than happy to support this.
Damion Queva; spokesperson for FQ Magazine speaks out for the issue; ‘around thirty-four percent of fathers were unaware that paid paternity leave was the law. FQ Magazine is supporting the Dads at Work campaign to enable a better family life for fathers. Fathers shouldn’t hesitate to request paternal leave from employers; and hopefully this campaign for fatherhood information will spread awareness and create both a better working and home environment for dads’

The magazine; which offers parenting advice for dads and dads-to-be found that the majority of fathers were also unaware of the flexible working programme; which ninety-five percent of requests are agreed too, and a further sixty-nine percent of employers see a positive impact within the working environment.
