Frank S. Chuang Served as a Manager with C.E. Maguire’s Environment Engineering Department

Frank S. Chuang is a renowned professional who started his career as a Manager with C.E. Maguire’s Environmental Engineering Department in New Britain. After working at the company for six years, he founded Hayden Wegmen’s Easy Hartford office. He is also associated with C&C Development, LLC as the General Partner and President and submitted an effectual site plan and a subdivision plan to the Town of Cromwell Planning & Zoning Commission. This plan focused on subdividing the firm’s property into two parcels. Apart from his association with C&C Development, LLC, he is also serving as the President (QC/QA) of L-C Associates Inc. He is a highly skilled and experienced professional and has multiple achievements to his credits.

From 1984 to 2003, Frank S. Chuang served as the Chairman and CEO of L-C Associates Inc. Furthermore, he is also the Partner of Cambridge MA and was sanctioned the issuance of a Certificate of Use and Occupancy (CO), for his new 8,000 sq. ft office addition, by the Town of Rocky Hill Building Official. In addition to this, Frank was also conferred a Certificate of Zoning Compliance by the Town of Rocky Hill Planning and Zoning Office. He presented a site plan with an aim to help improve safety and also to reduce the amount of pollutant sources to the Nepaug Reservoir. This project was started as the Metropolitan District Commission proposed New Access Roadway from Freedom Drive to existing driveway of Collinsville Water Treatment plant facility. The entire project received approval from the commission on the 21st of September 2011.

Born and raised in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Frank S. Chuang is the President (QC/QA) of L-C Associates. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Science from the National Taiwan University which is one of the most reputable educational institutions of Taiwan. After completing his studies, he ventured into the business and established an engineering consulting company called L-C Associates in 1981. L-C Associates is a multi-discipline engineering company that offers a variety of services to transit, aviation, rail, port and highway industries throughout New York and New England. Aside from that, Frank S. Chuang was also the member of Wethersfield’s Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Examiners for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
