Frank S. Chuang Submitted A Site Plan Of The Nepaug Reservoir

[bFrank S. Chuang is an accredited professional renowned for being the President and General Partner of C&C Development, LLC. He is associated with L-C Associates, Inc as its President (QC/QA). He is a proficient with years of experience and knowledge in his field. To subdivide the property into two parcels, he submitted a site plan and subdivision plan with the Town of Cromwell Planning & Zoning Commission for C&C Development, LLC. He is a well educated individual and started his career with the C.E. Maguire’s Environmental Engineering Department as a Manager in New Britain. Additionally, he opened the Hayden Wegmen’s East Hartford Office after six years during his tenure with the company.

For the course of 1984-2003, he was positioned as the Chairman and CEO of L-C Associates, Inc. which he established in 1981. Frank S. Chuang , Partner of Cambridge MA, LLC also received approval from the Town of Rocky Hill Building Official for the issuance of a Certificate of Use and Occupancy (CO) for his new 8,000 sq. ft new office addition. He also obtained a Certificate of Zoning Compliance from the Town of Rocky Hill Planning and Zoning Officer. Furthermore, to help improve the safety to ensure reduced sources to the Nepaug Reservoir, he submitted a site plan application to the Town of Canton Zoning Commission as the Metropolitan District Commission proposed New Access Roadway from Freedom Drive to existing driveway of Collinsville Water Treatment plant facility. It received an approval on 09.21.2011 by the commission.

Born and raised in Kaohshiung, Taiwan, Frank S. Chuang is the President (QC/QA) of L-C Associates. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Science from the National Taiwan University which is one of the most reputable educational institutions of Taiwan. After completing his studies, he ventured into the business and established an engineering consulting company called L-C Associates in 1981. L-C Associates is a multi-discipline engineering company that offers a variety of services to transit, aviation, rail, port and highway industries throughout New York and New England.
