Frank S. Chuang Was Conferred A Certificate Of Zoning Compliance

Frank S. Chuang , General Partner and President of C&C Development, LLC, is a reputed professional. He submitted a site plan and subdivision plan to the Town of Cromwell Planning & Zoning Commission for the company, in order to subdivide the property into two parcels. In addition to his association with C&C Development, LLC, he is also the President of QC/QA, at L-C Associates Inc. Prior to this, from 1984 to 2003, he served as the Chairman and CEO of L-C Associates Inc. He is a well-qualified professional and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the National Twain University. After completing his studies, he began his career as a Manager in New Britain with the C.E. Maguire’s Environmental Engineering Department.

Furthermore, Frank S. Chuang is also the Partner of Cambridge MA, LLC and was granted permission for the issuance of a Certificate of Use and Occupancy (CO), for his new 8,000 sq. ft office addition, by the Town of Rocky Hill Building Official. In addition to this, he was also conferred a Certificate of Zoning Compliance by the Town of Rocky Hill Planning and Zoning Office. Additionally, Frank presented a site plan application to the Town of Canton Zoning Commission, in order to help in the improvement of safety and to reduce pollutant sources to the Nepaug Reservoir.

Born and raised in Kaohshiung, Taiwan, Frank S. Chuang is the President (QC/QA) of L-C Associates. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Science from the National Taiwan University which is one of the most reputable educational institutions of Taiwan. After completing his studies, he ventured into the business and established an engineering consulting company called L-C Associates in 1981.
