Franklin Street Adds Office and Industrial Expert to its Jacksonville Office

Brady, a highly regarded commercial real estate developer and professional in Jacksonville, has joined Franklin Street as a Senior Director of the Real Estate Services division, specializing in the office and industrial product types.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, which opened its Jacksonville office in October, 2010, Brady was a senior associate with Marcus & Millichap, the Director of Business Development with Business Condos USA, and responsible for developing over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial condominiums since 2003. Brady also brings extensive management experience as the former Regional Director for Sperry Van Ness in their South Florida and San Diego offices.

Over the years, Brady has closed over $1.3 billion in real estate transactions and represented a variety of national and regional clients, building an extensive list of relationships with institutional owners and developers. Brady is a former US Navy fighter pilot.
