Free encroachments drive, a success (Mr. Nizamuddin East, Anil Sachdeva)

We, the proud senior residents of Nizamuddin East are pleased to announce that the MCD (Municipal Department of Delhi) along with the horticulture department undertook another successful occupied footpath and infringed flowerbeds cleansing drive on March 16, 2010 in our beautiful and peaceful colony, Nizamuddin East in south Delhi. Noticeably, the drive successfully removed the occupied areas with forcibly planted trees and shrubs by some clever and unmindful residents of the colony whether it were those in the D-block or more prominently that of a compulsive violator better known as Mr. Nizamuddin East , Anil Sachdeva known for his corrupt and arrogant ways of having occupied public lands and footpath and violations of his house A-29 Nizamuddin East that includes his house’ multiple violations!

The MCD had on three earlier occasions during last two-years also demolished the boundary wall of the public footpath grabbed by him. The stolen trees grabbed by him have been chopped off and removed from the forcibly occupied footpath. The colony association NECA members and other RWAs are elated at this drive that is meant solely to make the colony cleaner, orderly and send across the message that law shall take its course sooner or later, so violators read this warning carefully. Equally worth appreciation is the trees-pruning drive by the electricity board to rid the electricity poles of any obstruction. Once again many congratulations to the ruling clique in the NECA our esteemed RWA for positive and ‘affirmative’ actions being taken by them. Our special thanks to the MCD for executing the belated legal drive so diligently.
