As I was working my way through the various bandwiths and limited this and that, it got me thinking about the host I use for my websites and I realised what a spectacular company I have hosting them.

I can just imagine them, match-sticks under their eye lids, main-lining powdered Arabica coffee beans, terrified to sleep at night in case they can't get back in "The Zone" next morning.

Well...to cut a long story short, Brenda who gives me and everyone else loads of free live training, skyped me all excited a week or so back and asked if I'd like to put a video on my Twitter page and an optin form.. I said, "Brenda...nobody has a video on a Twitter page." "You can now" She said.
