Nancy Juarez, licensed Zumba instructor and Andres Martial Arts are offering FREE ZUMBA CLASS every Friday at 7:30. The Friday classes will offer cardio exercise with all the Zumba music from the regular classes, but with emphasis on instruction of the steps. This is a great way for anyone new to ZUMBA to come try the class, or for regular Zumba attendees to practice the steps or get in an extra class for the week.

Now, you have no excuse for missing Zumba. Classes at Andre's Martial Arts are Monday thru Friday at 7:30 PM (Friday's FREE), and Saturdays and Sundays at 1:00 PM.

"It's more like a party than excercise!" The ladies who Zumba at Andre's Martial Arts in the Burbank Town Center swear by the popular 1-hour workout. Theinfectious beat of Latin Music is heard on the first floor of the Burbank Town Center mall, just outside Macys.

Inside, an amazing workout is occurring with men and women dancing cha-cha, salsa, merengue, kumbia, mambo and a host of other dance routines. This action-packed fitness program is led by Nancy Juarez, licensed Zumba Instructor.
