Fresh Healthy Vending goes for Franchise expansion into Kansas

President Obama had signed the historic Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act into law, thereby setting a national nutritional standard in schools. It's in conjunction with this that Fresh Healthy Vending has gone in for this Franchise expansion.

President Obama signing the Healthy Hunger-Free Kids law gives the federal government more authority to set standards for food sold in school vending machines and elsewhere on school grounds. Kansas was lagging behind as regards nutritional standards for school lunches, breakfasts, and snacks, which were not strict when compared to the current United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) requirements.
