Frontier Solar Limited has announced a $6 million Initial Public Offering. Frontier Solar is a growing and profitable solar mounting technology company based in Brisbane, Australia. It produces and has patented designs for mounting systems that reduce installation times, high wind resistance and tracking; ranging from rooftop to ground, from fixed installations to solar tracker, and from residential and commercial power plants. It has an established residential and large-scale international client-base.

Front Core Capital is aware on the first Asia region’s newest stock exchange which is Frontier Solar’s IPO – SIM VSE. It is focused mainly on tapping the fast-growing cleantech sector in the Asia region and also attracting international investors.

Frontierac is the Frontier Solar technology brand that is produced by the subsidiary company in Shanghai, established in 2005. it is an innovative design engineering leader with five patents approved and four pending.

The IPO is for the issue of Ordinary Shares with a total of 24 million at an offer price of $0.25 each to raise a total of $6 million with a minimum subscription of $4 million.

To raise a total of $6 million with a minimum subscription of $4 million, there is an offered price of $0.25 each from the issued 24 million Ordinary Shares of IPO.

Since the passing of the Australian Government’s Clean Energy Future (CFE) package, Frontier Solar will be the first clean tech company to IPO.
