Frontline Processing, an established leader in merchant processing and electronic payment solutions; celebrated another milestone this month -- the opening of a Midwestern Office in Indianapolis, Indiana. Leveraging strong business performance and an array of new customers, Frontline felt expansion was necessary to accommodate their rapid growth and attract additional qualified personnel. The Indianapolis Office fulfills one of Frontline's primary goals; to expand geographically. “With the Indianapolis office we have taken yet another integral step in our mission to provide unparalleled support to our clients nationwide,” said Chris Kittler, President and Owner of Bozeman, Montana based Frontline Processing, “"Indianapolis’ proximity to the heart of the nation provided an excellent location for our expansion and a qualified workforce for recruitment.”

The Indianapolis Office will be lead by seasoned veterans Michael Hiatt and Jonathan Stoops who bring a breadth of industry knowledge and experience. Michael Hiatt has worked both the card issuing and acquiring sides of merchant processing for nearly two decades providing him with a unique perspective of the business. Jonathan Stoops has an extensive background in both merchant card and check processing and was recently noted as a finalist for the 2009 Indy’s Best and Brightest award for Business and Financial Professionals. The Best and Brightest initiative was created by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana to recognize the next generation of leaders in the community. Nominees are judged on significant professional accomplishments, leadership qualities, and their positive impact on the community. The ability to attract such talent stems from Frontline’s excellent reputation and commitment to serve their clients. Clients will benefit from the addition of new support staff including a Help Desk monitored 24/7 by live operators in Indianapolis.

Along with providing support, the new office will seek to rapidly and aggressively expand Frontline’s national sales force. In a time of economic downturn and a turbulent economy, Frontline has decided to expand their operation and assist American’s who desire to work. “Merchant processing is a talent intensive business. The best way to attract, recruit and retain talented people is by building the right work environment,” explained Michael Hiatt, “At Frontline, we understand that people are our most important asset, we seek to provide our professionals with an opportunity at both personal and financial success, and to empower individuals to reach beyond their normal constraints.” Frontline is seeking qualified professionals to expand their sales force and is currently accepting inquiries to join the National Sales Force of Independent Agents.
