FRP Advisory LLP appointed as Administrators to the Fish House

(Free-Press-Release.com) April 1, 2011 -- Chris Stevens and Ian Vickers, partners at FRP Advisory LLP, the specialist restructuring, recovery and insolvency firm, were appointed on 31 March 2011 as Joint Administrators to boutique hotel and restaurant The Fish House Chilgrove Limited, and Joint Receivers of the freehold property, from which the business operates.
The Fish House, based in Chilgrove, West Sussex, employs 30 full-time staff. Facilities include a bar, a restaurant with 100 covers, and a hotel featuring 15 deluxe rooms and spa facilities.

Commenting on the administration, Chris Stevens said: “The Fish House is a popular destination for visitors from both within and beyond Sussex. We will continue to trade the business with a view to selling it as a going concern. This will help to safeguard employees’ jobs and enable the business to seek to honour all current bookings.”
