Concept Reach™ provides a light, web-based front-end application to compliment the wider use of Concept Evolution™. This can be achieved through existing corporate intranet or extranet systems, utilising the same data set. For users who do not have access to the core Concept Evolution™ system, Concept Reach™ allows interaction with the same information.

Concept Reach™ is a widget-based product, allowing users to fully customise page layout and style using a drag-and-drop system. Users can display as few or as many of the widgets as they so choose, and extra widgets can easily be added to ensure users have a fully bespoke intranet system and user experience. Users can take external widgets or feeds (ie BBC News etc) and drop them into their Concept Reach™ system.

Concept Connect™ allows users to extend, via a light web portal, access to Concept Evolution™ to sub-contractors and anyone else that does not require full system capability. Moving the day-to-day work to contractors, including grids, search facilities and the assigning of resources etc, will allow users to complete their own tasks.

By providing a tailored version of Concept Evolution™ via Concept Connect™, contractors have instant access to information relevant to their contract, including Purchase Orders, Quotes, Task Management and Reports.

RMS from MMB Software Limited, FSI’s sister company, is a completely web-based solution, allowing users to manage their workspace anywhere. RMS provides a flexible set of tools and options to simplify the administration and optimisation of shared resources throughout a property portfolio, and has a seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook.

RMS is fully customisable by user, based on criteria including the department, catering requirements, room and priority. Users can manage bookings, catering, inventory and visitors as well as internal or external charging for space, catering and resources.
