Further Testimony For NY Senator Sampson's Committee About Moral Hazards, Corruption, And 111th District Congressional Candidate, William Owens

Keene, NY, USA (Free-Press-Release.com) October 12, 2009. Terence Finnan has asked NY Senator John L. Sampson to continue his testimony before NY Senate Judicial Committee, which resulted in a criminal complaint with alleged crimes against Robert Tembeckjian of the NY Commission on Judicial Conduct filed with US Attorney General, Eric H. Holder, Jr. and FBI Assistant Director in Charge of the New York Division, Joseph M. Demarest, Jr..

Mr. Finnan who was defribrillated five times and had three heart surgeries, testified on 9/24/2009 before Senator Sampson's Committee that NY Judge Kevin K. Ryan moved up a two week later calendared trial to the same day's morning while Mr. Finnan was in cardiac intensive care at CVPH Hospital with the Notice being a call by the Judge's staff to CVPH Hospital which was not put through to Mr. Finnan. Robert Tembeckjian of the NY Commission on Judicial Conduct failed to act in regard to Judge Ryan's conduct.

Mr. Finnan has asked to give further brief testimony at Senator Sampson's next hearing on the moral hazards created by NY attorney discipline committees. Senator Sampson was told that Mr. Finnan had resubmitted an attorney complaint to the Third Department Disciplinary Committee with additional allegations about crimes and unethical malfeasance by Mr. Asadourian with the knowledge and assent of Mr. William Owens of Stafford, Owens, Piller, Murnane & Trombley. These included allegations that Mr. Asadourian and Mr. Owens colluded with Judge Ryan to conduct the above “Judge Ryan's no-notice trial” and presented testimony which both Mr. Asadourian and Mr. Owens knew was perjury.

Mr. Finnan asked Senator Sampson, “Should my retirement savings fund the declared $750,000.00 a year income of Mr. William Owens, or that of Mr. Ara Asadourian?” Mr. Finnan has told Senator Sampson,.”Mr. William Owens does not belong in Congress.”

Mr. Finnan is the Plaintiff-Appellant in Federal Action 08-5977-cv in the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit scheduled for November 2009 in NYC. Mr. Finnan is also the Appellant in 403-03 in the Appellate Division of NY Supreme Court, Third Department.
