Gagan Banwait of India’s Castle Interviewed on The Mike Boyle Restaurant Show

(Free-Press-Release.com) November 22, 2009 -- Gagan Banwait, manager of India’s Castle said during the interview “We are going to try and expose people to different types of Indian food.” That statement has been the catalyst for the local Greenwood Village restaurant trying to reach a new crowd. People that may not have had the pleasure of trying Indian food before can stop by and try the buffet or order full lunches or dinners.

During the interview it was announced that India’s Castle will be holding an extra special buffet on the 12th of December 2009. As Mike Boyle put it, “It is the Mother of All Indian Buffets”. The restaurant has decided to put out extra special Indian Cuisine that is not found at your regular Indian food buffet. The lunch buffet which has been quite successful for them over the years seemed to be a way to entice new customers that would prefer a traditional sit-down meal but were unsure of what they should order. By having basically everything that is on the normal menu feature at the buffet, customers can try things they may never had previously thought to order.

Marketing Director, Chris Arnell of has promised that “this event will be the talk of the town.” He also mentioned that “The Chicken Ticca Masala was to die for”. India’s Castle also features over forty types of bottled beers and has a full liquor license.
