“Games are growing up and people are paying attention," says Alex Quinn, Executive Director of Games for Change. "Everyone from activists, to educators, to policy makers is tuning into the fact that video games can teach, motivate, and engage people around the world."
Top speakers at the Festival include:
• Aneesh Chopra, the first U.S. Chief Technology Officer
• Justice Sandra Day O'Connor

The Games for Change Festival is the only festival dedicated to the growing movement of Digital Games for Social Change; convening leaders from government, philanthropy, academia and the game industry to raise the sector of impact-focused games.
The 2010 Festival has been expanded from three to four days, to include an additional focus on educational games. May 27th, the final day of the Festival, will be presented through a new collaboration with the Games for Learning Institute based at New York University.
