Oil refineries need protection against not only terrorist threats but also opportunist threats. The federal Government will soon require any person seeking to broker any fuel or oil transaction to hold a securities license.

The same penalties will apply to any company involved in a transaction with an unlicensed person as to those without a security license.

Oil refineries have lobbied for years and worked with hundreds of paid and unpaid informants to establish a law to end the free ride of opportunist seeking to unfairly drive up fuel prices in the United States.

Gary Bowen and 3 co-workers turned in an ex-employee who tried to rip off Shell Oil for millions and all 4 of the co-workers where splashed all over the web with hundreds of false posting stating they had committed dozens of crimes.

Gary Bowen was required to get letters from 19 different State Attorney Generals offices to clear his name of these false stories posted across the web by the crooked oil broker that was fired.
