GARY D. NITZKIN, P.C. A.K.A. NITZKIN & ASSOCIATES whose registered office is located at: 22142 WEST NINE MILE ROAD SOUTHFIELD MICHIGAN 48034.

On or about April 28th 2004, Gary D. Nitzkin & Associates sent in his “collection goons” into Michael J. Palazzolo’s residence in attempting to collect on a judgment debt Mr. Palazzolo allegedly owed to Defendant Carl Grenedier. Gary Nitzkin's collection cronies illegally invaded Mr. Palazzolo's home and wrongfully converted monies and property belonging to him. Apparently it was later discovered and admitted by Gary Nitzkin that Plaintiff Palazzolo is not the same Michael Palazzolo against whom Carl Grenedier had a judgment. Mr. Palazzolo alleged that Gary D. Nitzkin's actions were illegal. Since Gary Nitzkin invaded his personal property and converting the confiscated property into a wrongful collection claim, among other things, is evidence of pure negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

In my opinion, based on these fact Gary Nitzkin, is an incompetent senile old hack of a lawyer and shouldn’t be trusted. In an excerpt written on legallyblawged.com, the following is mentioned of Gary Nitzkin:

“He formed Nitzkin and Associates, a law firm dedicated to debt collection. He frequently draws upon his skills as a certified public accountant to review debtor financial information and to identify assets that debtors attempt to conceal from collection.”


What the blog doesn’t mention is how incompetent he was in sending out his collection “Goons” into Michael J. Palazzolo’s residence to confiscate possessions that were never rightfully owed to any debtor. I guess he is such a desperate collection lawyer that he not only identifies assets owned by any given debtor, but he also targets “joe plumber” or any "poor ‘ol-schmuck" that happens to have the same last name of any said debtor. Based on these facts, how could anyone in their right mind hire such a quack? Incompetence in my mind is always a pattern of behavior. That being said, only a looser would hire a looser to represent their interests.
