These days certain trends have emerged. Namely the corporate universities wants to leverage learning leadership, leadership development as a well strategic and organizational effort for talent management and modern trends that connotes access to the executive committee and board.

The University of Pennsylvania developed this program after a thorough research and analysis with an advisory board, composed of industry leaders, to meet the requirements of learning leaders. Penn has developed exclusive programs CLO that meet the profession's needs in academics, logistics and prestige.

An Executive Program- In this program the professional learning community meets for two separate weeks each semester, hence allow students to work while they study. It’s a blend of on-site, field and distance learning and projects, hence it could be considered as executive in nature.

Master's Program - In this course students apply to become a master’s degree conferred by the Graduate School of Education. They need to complete any three course blocks and the master’s thesis course.

Doctoral Program - After completing the three course blocks students can request approval to continue on to complete the doctoral program.

There is no application fee for the program. If you accept our offer of admission, there will be a $1,000 deposit required to hold your place in the class.
