The case of rc helicopters anti bounce time is usually the most used when a counter is triggered by a button because it has undesirable mechanical chimes. The delay time can be set using switches J1 and J2 which in combination allow up to four different times. Meanwhile, the anti bounce back to rest of the line of fire is most appropriate when it is connected to IR barriers in industrial lines, mechanical or cam sensors (several examples).
If you select by time and the button remains pressed the count will go forward in single file and the time between each advance will depend on how the switches are J1 and J2. While both open (high state lines) time is short, while being both closed (grounded lines) time is the longest possible. Meanwhile, if configured to expect a return to rest of the line rather than shutter button remains pressed the bill will not advance until it release. In this case the switches J1 and J2 have no function.
Circuit operation
The rc helicopters circuit operation focuses on the PIC16F870 microcontroller which has inside of 10-bit AD converter resolution. Four buttons allow you to set the point of activation and deactivation of the relay. These parameters are automatically stored in the internal EEPROM of the PIC so should not be refilled by removing the current. The LCD screen 2 lines x 16 characters shown in the top and measure the actual temperature at the bottom of the upper and lower parameters. A buzzer (oscillator-type) for 100ms beeps whenever you press a button.
This rc helicopters system operating principle is very simple. If the temperature falls below the lower limit relay is activated. If the temperature exceeds the upper limit relay is deactivated. Both points can achieve hysteresis point (intermediate state) you want.
Circuit description
The inside rc helicopters microcontrollers have four variables (DIG1, DIG2, dig3 and dig4) in which accumulates the number of times that trigger the system. This shot can occur by either a rising edge on pin 2 as a falling edge on pin 3. Due to the limited number of lines of E / S of this chip was decided to implement a BCD decoder integrated 7-segment display to form numbers on them. This IC needs only four input lines to show the number in the segments of a display. Through four transistors acting as keys (cut / saturation) is achieved handle four independent digits with only eight lines or cables.
