After each project delivery, the company’s translation management system, gvAccess.com, automatically surveys clients to track key metrics of performance on every project. This ensures that all customers have the ability to comment on the quality of each delivered project.

Since the survey process was automated, many advantages have emerged. This includes identifying and addressing issues promptly and accurately, improving processes where needed, better aligning resources to requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction with virtually every project.

Here are the highlights of the survey's results:

99% said that the quality met their needs
94% said that projects were delivered on or ahead of schedule
97% said that the budget was met
