A vibrating feeder is an instrument that uses vibration to 'feed' material to a process or machine. Vibratory feeders use both vibration and gravity to move material. This is important because the speed of the feeder affects the speed of the whole process of production. Choose a feeder that is capable to support the minimum speed required by your production line with some reserves left for peace of mind.

It is always advisable to test new equipment before you bring it online in your process. The best way to go about testing your feeding system is to try adding a small amount of the material that you are expecting to use.
