Good Gyrrl Studio Makes Big Changes In The New Year

Boutique lifestyle and fitness company, Good Gyrrl is approaching its seventh year of existence and will be launching a plethora of new and exciting classes and projects. Beginning in January 2012, the company will add to their unique dance and fitness programs offering classes such as, Fierce, which will teach a style of dancing known as “Waacking” that originated in gay nightclubs in the 70’s, “Voguing”, diva strutting and other fun techniques. Though a pole training class has always been offered exclusively to women, there will now be a co-ed class added to the lineup giving men who are interested in the art, an opportunity to learn the basics of pole fitness.

The Good Gyrrl brand was always known in the past solely for its fitness aspect, but will additionally focus on promoting an overall luxe, lifestyle to men and women. “Good Gyrrl strives to be the go-to brand for lifestyle, stress management and luxe living, therefore we must keep creating opportunities for people to embrace healthy living as a lifestyle instead of a luxury” said CEO, Relana Johnson. In the near future, Johnson plans on producing several cookbooks, an active wear clothing line, bath and body products, a unique dessert inspired alcoholic beverage and much more.
