Good Samaritan Program in Gloucester VA hosting FREE gift wrap class

GLOCESTER, VA December 1, 2011 (Event date: December 3, 2011)

A new annual tradition for the Gloucester area has begun: The Good Samaritan Outreach Program sponsored by Gleaning Baptist Church will be hosting its first Free Gift Wrapping Class. The class is taught by a volunteer who has over 30 years of professional gift wrap experience.

The event is THIS Saturday, December 3, 2011 from 1:30 – 2:30; however guests are welcome to stay longer for extra instruction or hot chocolate.

Please bring your own gift to wrap as well as box for that gift: All other supplies, necessary to wrap one gift, are provided at no charge.

The event will be held at Gloucester’s GLEANING BAPTIST CHURCH located at 49 Dutton Rd, Gloucester, VA 23061

This event is free for all; however, a donation of a can of TUNA or unopened JAR OF PEANUT BUTTER per person is requested. All donated items will go to the GOOD SAMARITAN OUTREACH PROGRAM.

Donations of new and gently used school supplies are also welcome. Pencils are especially needed.

Since the class includes the use of glue guns and scissors, we regret that children under the age of 12 may not attend.
